Just a quick friendly reminder that very soon after Christmas comes – chucking out dying trees, returning unwanted gifts, decluttering baubles and… preparing for the 31st January tax deadline!
While you’re taking time off work, this could be an ideal opportunity to get your paperwork in order. I can do all of the organisation at my end, but the better the condition of the papers you submit to me, the more cost efficient the system. Feel free to provide a Tesco bag full of receipts; I don’t mind dealing with that. But, a comprehensive bookkeeping system means that your accounts can be prepared quickly, effectively and with a minimum of queries.
If you have any early concerns about getting your tax return completed on time, let me know as soon as possible.
Please note that the office is closed until Tuesday, 5th January 2016.
MERRY CHRISTMAS
